We do not share the information with any one without prior consent of the the information holder.

In case of legal matter we may have to share the contact details of concerned parties to investigation agencies for the same. If at all we will intimate concern regarding such shares.

Product

All product displayed on our website are thoroughly described. In case any doubt, please contact us with the same and make all your doubt clear.

In case of complete order we believe that you have completely understood the product and if any change or clarification has been made via email communication.

Payment

To facilitate our customer we provide with different payment methods.

  • In case of cash deposit our account number has to be obtained via email and after payment deposit receipt has to be shared with us.
  • In case of online payments, payment confirmation is received instantly
  • In case of amount deducted and confirmation not received, please do not initiate payment again, contact our billing team and proceed based upon there advice. It is highly recommended to get the same confirmation on mail
  • In case of failed transaction and amount debited, the amount gets credited within 7-15 Banking days. If not please contact our billing team, we will collectively help resolve the issue.
  • Please do not make payments on account details which you have received on phone or un-authorized email. In such case we will not be able to help you.

Refund Policies

As part of continues and user friendly policies we do have refund polices.

We will issue refund of based upon written request of the customer.

We may levie refund charges based upon circumstances of the refund. We will intimate regarding the charges if any to you via mail, and after confirmation we will issue refund.

In case of domain registration You have to intimate us regarding the same prior to execution of the order. If domain registration has been successful with registrant we will not be able to issue regarding the same, the domain will be intellectual property of the client.

Change in Terms and Conditions

In case of any change in terms and condition, we will intimate the customer regarding the same, 3 days prior to effecting the changes.

In case of changes required due to compliance of any government or regulatory orders we will effect the change and intimate you with effective date and reason for the same.
